Where to Get Good Water

Bottled water is not necessarily fluoride-free as some bottled water is no more than plain tap water that has been filled in a fluoridated area.  The AquaDeli site is a Water Concept site that provides a wide range of information regarding water including information on a range of bottled water found in New Zealand (and overseas). Go to http://www.aquadeli.co.nz/waterGuide.php and choose the country you are wanting to view. Not all brands are provided there so you may need to contact the supplier yourself.

Coca-Cola Amatil have provided information on their bottled water. See  Cocacola Amatil.doc  KiwiBlue,  Pump and the Deep Spring carbonated range contain 0.5 mg/L of naturally occurring fluoride as the water comes from an aquifer.  Water for all their other soft drinks is taken from the Auckland municpal water supply but is put through an activated carbon process which removes some of the fluoride bringing the fluoride down to 0.6 mg/L of hydrofluorosilicic acid.

If you need a filter:

Fluoride needs it's own special filter since the molecules are very small which apparently makes it very hard to filter out in one solution.
